Overview
Ki-hoon Kim graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute as part of the 41st class. He began his legal career serving as a Military Judge Advocate (Captain, Republic of Korea Army), where he managed a wide range of state litigation cases.
Starting in April 2016, Attorney Kim practiced at Shin & Kim LLC, handling a diverse array of litigation and advisory matters. His expertise spans disputes involving corporate acquisitions and partnership agreements, shareholder derivative suits, and administrative and family law litigation. In particular, he has built a robust track record in complex asset succession (inheritance) and guardianship disputes involving intricate corporate structures and multi-layered assets.
