Overview
Joo-yeon Kim graduated from Seoul National University with degrees in Social Studies Education and Political Science, and earned her Juris Doctor from the Ewha Womans University Law School as part of the 6th class. Upon admission to the bar in 2017, she began her career as In-house Counsel for a major Tier 1 automotive supplier. During this time, she gained extensive corporate experience in contract review, HR and labor relations, fair trade regulations, and corporate compliance.
Since 2020, Attorney Kim has practiced at Law Firm Hannuri, where she specialized in securities and finance litigation, fund-related advisory services, family law (divorce), and general civil and criminal litigation.
Attorney Kim believes that the fundamental role of a lawyer is to provide objective and precise guidance while deeply empathizing with the client's circumstances. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes through a balance of professional rigor and client-centered care.
