
Overview
Hyun-ji Lee graduated from the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) Law School and passed the inaugural (1st) Bar Examination. She began her career in March 2012 at Law Firm Hwayeon, specializing in family law. From February 2019 to March 2025, she practiced at Law Firm Sungin, another premier family law firm, before joining Law Firm Seoyiheon, where she currently leads litigation and advisory services for family law matters.
As a Certified Family Law Specialist registered with the Korean Bar Association, Attorney Lee has successfully managed a vast number of cases involving divorce and inheritance. She also handles related civil and criminal matters that frequently arise from family disputes. With her extensive experience, she provides systematic legal counsel and litigation strategies, particularly in areas requiring precise legal logic, thorough fact-finding, meticulous asset tracing, and the identification and division of non-standard assets.
Understanding the emotional distress and interpersonal conflicts inherent in family law, Attorney Lee prioritizes sincere communication and building deep trust with her clients. She is dedicated to providing not only legal results but also practical, comprehensive solutions that ensure long-term stability for her clients even after the conclusion of their legal proceedings.
